Exchange, Return and Refund Policy – Quiet Form
At Quiet Form, we develop technical apparel focused on precision, comfort and functional design. Each product is engineered under strict quality standards. Our policies are designed to ensure operational clarity, product integrity and a controlled customer experience.
Request Period
Customers may submit a request for exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Product Nature
All Quiet Form garments are classified as personal-use items.
To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, all requests are subject to technical evaluation and approval.
Approval of any return or exchange is not guaranteed.
Orders in Transit
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, it is considered in transit.
During this stage, orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged or refunded.
All requests must be submitted after delivery and will be evaluated under this policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered exclusively in the following cases:
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
- Verified technical failure in fabrics, stitching or performance components
Exchanges are not applicable in cases of:
- Personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with fit, sizing, style or aesthetics
- Comparison with other brands or products
- Subjective expectations regarding comfort or performance
To request an exchange, the customer must provide:
- Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
- Photos of the original packaging
- Proof of purchase
All items undergo technical analysis.
If a defect is confirmed, the exchange will be processed subject to product availability.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are limited and conditional, and only apply in the following cases:
- Confirmed manufacturing defects after evaluation
- Verified operational errors (incorrect, incomplete or damaged order)
Returns related to preference, fit, sizing or expectations are not guaranteed and may be declined after evaluation.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product shows signs of use, washing or alteration
- The item is in proper condition
- The request is based on personal preference or subjective expectations
- There is post-use regret
To request a return, the customer must submit:
- Photos and/or videos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Proof of purchase
Requests without complete documentation will not be processed.
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may be applied
- The item must be returned unused and in original condition
Once received and approved after inspection, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed operational error by Quiet Form.

Important Considerations
- Used, washed or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care or failure to follow instructions does not qualify as a defect
